SCHOOL RULES
- Every student is expected to give prime importance to her studies and observe the School rules diligently bear an exemplary conduct all through the life.
- On Fridays religious worship will begin at 7.15 a.m. Each denomination will conduct the religious worship in the block allocated to them.
- Students should be present at all college functions and render full co-operation.
- Students should come to the school 7.00 - 7.25 in the morning, and leave the school 1.45 - 2.00 p.m.
- The first bell is rung at 7.15 a.m. and students start cleaning the classroom and surrounding until 7.25 a.m.
- When the bell rings at 7.25 a.m. all should lead to the respective places for the morning assembly.
- After the assembly all the students should lead to their classes and at the next bell the students will have their breakfast. The first period commence.
- The students are not allowed to take their meals or snacks during the class hours.
- Students cannot go to the canteen during the class hours.
- All students are expected to be in their classrooms during class hours. Students cannot leave the classroom during the class hours without the exit badge.
- During changes of periods, while going to the Laboratory, Library, Dance, Music, Art Room, Playground and any other Room or Hall, discipline and order should be maintained.
- When the bell is rung at the end of each period, all should stand up and join in the short prayer.
- The classroom and surrounding should be kept clean. All the students should engage in holiday duties according to the scheduled time table.
- The students should handover the minute's book on time. (those required by the committee).
- Every student is expected to be a member of two clubs, one from skill clubs and the other from the service minded clubs/ associations in the school and part in its activities.
- When the bell rings at 1.40 p.m. all should stand up and observe silence during prayer and leave the classroom in order and silence till the gate.
GENERAL RULES
- Parents are advised to be alert to the progress of their children at school by making periodic reference to the school diary.
- On the first and final days of each term, the parents should attend the meetings, the attendance on these days is compulsory.
- Parents please note that excuses for a student's absence should be written in the diary on the page against the corresponding date and countersigned by the class teacher.
- No electronic gadgets are allowed in the school premises.
- When students are absent to school, a letter of excuse should be submitted to the class teacher and signed in student's diary. Long absence more than two days should be notified immediately to Principal. Three months of leave will be considered that the students ahs automatically terminated her school entry.
- Students are expected to observe cleanliness in the school premises and help the project of " Say no to polythene" - NO polythene is allowed in the school premises.
- On account of weddings, alms giving, pilgrimages etc, the prior permission should be obtained from the principal in a written document.
- Latecomers will be admitted to their classes only with an endorsement in their diary.
- Students should not leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission from the principal. They shall always carry the College Diary with the endorsement of such permission when granted.
- Without the permission of the principal, Students shall not participate on matches or tournaments other than those organized by the College.
